Lang's Cafeserie in Gruenwald

IMMER, Immer die selben Kuchen! Wohl die von der Stange eingearbeitete Wäre. Seeeeehr langweilig!!! Although Lang's Café is good and they do have nice things, I have to comment with average ratings on a couple of things: - They always!! have the same cakes, for years!! if not decades, and that is very, very boring. - Eating inside (not allowed right now) makes you smell badly like kitchen or burned fat. The air extraction from the kitchen does not seem to work. - It's pricey, but normal I guess for the Beverly Hills of Munich.

The Christmas cookies are great. Like homemade.

Quality really good, but still very overpriced ... A small cappuccino (to go) and a gingerbread together for € 6.50 are really exaggerated!

The prettiest pastry chef not only makes the most delicious cakes but also the best ice cream!

On Monday afternoon there were three of us (all confectioners) in Café Lang. We were served by a very nice and courteous waitress! We had ordered different cakes. We were all very satisfied and I went to the shop again to take something with me at home. Everyone got up from the table and was already heading for the car !! Then our waitress (Michaela) came and called, you showed your bag !!! We were totally taken aback because there were very, very valuable items in this bag! Who knows, if the nice Michaela hadn't made us aware of whether we would have got our bag again? In any case, we would like to thank you very warmly that there are still such lovely people as Michaela !!! Thank you very much again. We will definitely come again! The 3 master confectioners 👍🏻

Insanely unfriendly service. Whenever I was in Grünwald I went to Cafe Lang because it is a very nice cafe. Today I was served by an absolutely unfriendly and arrogant blonde lady. I have never experienced something so unfriendly! Never again will I enter this shop as long as YOU works there! To the owner: After this experience, I phoned my friends from Grünwald to let you know, they knew the blonde lady and said that because of this blonde lady you would not go to Cafe Lang anymore !! Outrageous!!

Best bread far and wide! Raisin bread is a dream. In these difficult times, the baked goods from Café Langs are our highlight at home. Stay healthy and enjoy the good things in life.

Incredibly bad service! We sat there for 20 minutes without paying attention. Even after asking at the counter that we should finally be served, we were further ignored. After 30 minutes our next table was brought a coffee to the table, our order was not accepted. So we went without coffee / cake. Never again!

Very nice little Cafe and Bakery. Awesome Cakes ;-)

Convenient little coffee shop. A bit overpriced, especially if you get a coffee, although it is delicious. The hot chocolate is also very good. They have a beautiful array of sandwiches and pastries and the service is satisfactory.

Nice service and the place is airconditioned, which is rare in Germany, especially during the record-breaking heatwave that tormented the people of Germany over the last couple of weeks.

Pastry and cakes are great here! Better for take away. Once i forgot croissants there and come back next day although all stuff were different they gave me new croissants. It was very nice i did not expect that. 👍🏼

For ice-cream and cakes - the best choice in town

Upscale cafeteria ... was definitely worth a visit. At the point, however, one must honestly find that the quality is still slightly upwards air ... the price concerning strongly down (is just Munich, or more precisely: Grünwald) ... in Freiburg, there is the better and cheaper ( is just Freiburg).

Best cafe in Munich! It's a little place with a nice terasse. The self made ice cream is delicious, not like the other chemical stuff. In fact everything is delicious at this place! The employees are very nice and the service is fast and good. A tip from me is to try the "Flammkuchen"!!!

Pretty pastries but also a higher price tag since you're in Grünwald. The savory options looked nice presentation wise, but small portions. I opted for the chocolate mousse cake topped with strawberries, and this was luscious! Also tried a bite of the lemon tart (tasted similar to key lime pie). The macaroons were ok, but I've had better, and these were definitely on the steeper side. Latte was good. And the kids enjoyed their ice cream. Service left much to be desired, but it's only a cafe, so not a big deal.
